Who will receive the Receipt/ Invoice of my hamper?
Receipts and confirmation of your hamper order are emailed only to the sender; no receipts or documentation are put into your hamper box. The only document beautifully inserted on the top of the inside of your hamper is your personalised gift message.
Which courier service is used?
The very best couriers servicing the UK are used including DPD & DHL
I made a mistake with the delivery date, can I request a change?
Of course we will always go above and beyond with all levels of our service and if we can change the delivery date with the courier we certainly will. Just email at your earliest convenience to hello@artisandelimarket.co.uk or message us on our live chat.
Orders & Amendments
I would like to cancel my order?
We work rapidly upon receiving any order, however please do email at your very earliest convenience and of course if the order has not been picked we can cancel and refund. Quick notification to us from you will be of utmost importance to effectively cancel the order.
We will do our best to accommodate any cancellation request, but should the order already be in process the order can be returned once delivered using our returns procedure.
I would like to amend my order after placing it, can I do this?
As above, a quick notification preferably within the hour will assist with any opportunity to amend your order. We will always be at your service to go above and beyond when we can; should it be too late for any amendments we shall certainly inform you.
Can I return an item that I have brought?
Due to food safety considerations and the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on perishable food items, custom hampers, and personalized or bespoke goods, unless they were received in a damaged or defective condition. Non-perishable items can be returned, provided they are in their original, unopened condition.
