The Davide Barbero Torroneria is a family-run nougat factory with a rich heritage of crafting exceptional torrone. Unlike traditional nougat that often sticks to your teeth, Barbero’s nougat is known for its delicate, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
Each batch is made using only whole Piemontese hazelnuts, renowned for their quality and Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status, which are carefully toasted in-house. Notably, the entire production process is free from gelatine, ensuring a purer, more natural treat.

Sugar, Piedmont Hazelnuts (25%), Cocoa Butter, Whole Dry Milk, Cocoa Paste, Emulsifier: Soya Lectithin, Natural Flavour Vanilla. Min. cocoa 32%
