Somerset Cider Apple Gin 100ml

Our Somerset Dry Gin is crafted using the traditional London Dry method in a 50-litre copper still in Frome. Whilst it honors the classic London Dry style, this gin is a true celebration of Somerset. Nothing captures the essence of the region quite like its orchards, bursting with Somerset cider apples. Sourced from local orchards, our first batch features apples from the renowned Perry’s Orchard.

For our Somerset Cider Apple Gin, we chose the iconic Dabinett apple—a bittersweet variety that brings a beautifully balanced, fresh, and crisp character to our gin. The apples are pulped and juiced before being combined with nine carefully selected botanicals in our copper still, Storm. Distilled with passion by two sisters in Frome, this gin is made for sharing—crafted with love, designed for moments with friends and family. Enjoy!
